Welcome to Anam Cara Healing Sanctuary and what may be your first step on a personal healing journey!
This site, emanating from North East England, is free to use and requires no registration or membership. In it you will find 48 pages devoted to different aspects of healing. Within those pages are over 70 video clips and audio clips, as well as poetry, prayers and blessings. To view all of the content of the sanctuary, at one sitting, will take over 7 hours, so save this page to your favourites, so that you can return and browse through the pages at your leisure. Try Anam Cara Healing Sanctuary!
The site is designed to promote personal healing through an appreciation of healing from a soul perspective with resources as diverse as Tibetan chant , contemporary song and 'cosmic' meditation. The pages are in as 'logical' a sequence as could be found, should you wish to work through the pages in order.
However, there is no right or wrong way to use the sanctuary. Your healing journey is uniquely yours and the path you choose to take through the sanctuary should reflect that. Some pages may resonate with you more than others and it is right that that should be the case. This is not an endurance test, it is an opportunity for soul nourishment and alignment with its purpose. Your choices are very important!
Searching the site: A search facility is at the bottom of the menu on each page, to help you to find any topics that you don't see listed.
